Plásticos Desechables de Colombia. S.A., (Plasdecol) becomes part of Grupo Phoenix
- Medellín, Colombia. Plasdecol is known to be agile and effective in its mission
to develop and manufacture optimal solutions for food packaging and preservation.

Envases Cuautitlán de México (ECSA) is acquired. ECSA is a leading packager in the
dairy industry, bringing new technology and facilitating the expansion of Phoenix’s
capacity in Colombia. |
