Alberto Peisach's enterpreneurial spirit, motivation, and drive has been the founding source for the growth and innovation at Grupo Phoenix. He was born in Bogota, Colombia but completed his studies in the USA. Alberto graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a bachelors in systems engineering . He worked in mergers and acquisitions at DLJ. Moved to Colombia in 1987 where he ventured into the world of manufacturing when he started working at Multidimensionales. He started working on operation optimization and became the right hand of Ben, former CEO, until Ben decided he was ready to retire. The Peisach family purchased the majority shares of Multidimensionales and Albero became the CEO. Under Albertos leadership the company went from being a single operation in Colombia to grow into the multinational company it is today. Internally he is know for his eagerness to teach others and allow them to reach their fullest potential. The team he has built at Grupo Phoenix has become his family. He makes the impossible, possible.
