Carlos is a prime example of the opportunities for growth at Grupo Phoenix. He started in sales in 2001, worked his way up, and now runs the entire USA Operations. He has the ability to strategically find and partner with early stage companies with exponential growth. Previous to joining Grupo Phoenix Carlos proudly served in the Colombia military for 7 years. His discipline, hard work, determination, family values, and competitive spirit are a product of his time serving his country. He is also an avid athlete who loves all sports ranging from running, cycling, and hiking. He is unique in his understanding of market opportunities and is always thinking five steps ahead. Under Carlos' leadership Grupo Phoenix was able to diversify its portfolio into the world of Greek Yogurt, Pods, and other segments.
