Mike is an intelligent thinker who takes on every challenge with organized and tactical strategy. He is originall from Colombia, but grew up in Miami, Florida. Mike studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. He then commenced his career at SEACOR Holdings, a global provider of marine transportation equipment and logistics.

He joined Grupo Phoenix in 2016 as an associate and is the head of the R&D department. Responsible for the execution of all new projects and proposing innovative sustainable solutions which add value to our clients beyond the traditional product development. Furthermore, he helps analyze potential new investments and plan the 3-year strategy for Grupo Phoenix.
